HintFlow Refund Policy
This policy explains when you can request a refund after purchasing a HintFlow session plan, how to request one, and how long it takes for the refund to arrive.
1. Fully Unused Session Packs
If you purchased a session pack (Single session / 3-session pack) and have not used any sessions from it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
2. Partially Used Session Packs
If you have used some sessions from a purchased pack, you may request a refund for the unused sessions:
- Refund amount = number of unused sessions × the per-session price actually paid (i.e., the total amount you paid ÷ the total number of sessions in the pack);
- Example: you purchased a 3-session pack for ¥468 total (¥156 per session), used 1 session, and have 2 remaining — the refund amount would be ¥312;
- This request must also be made within 14 days of purchase.
3. Sprint Monthly Pass (30 sessions / 30 days)
- Once the Sprint Monthly Pass has been activated (its first session has been consumed), it is non-refundable;
- If no sessions have been used since purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, following the same rule as Section 1.
4. Refund Method and Timing
- All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at purchase (WeChat Pay / Alipay / bank card, etc., depending on what you used at the time);
- Once a refund request is approved, funds are expected to arrive within 7 business days; actual timing may vary slightly depending on your payment provider's processing speed.
5. Abuse Clause
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases such as:
- Repeated purchase-then-refund patterns that amount to abusive arbitrage;
- Refund requests made after a clear violation of the Permitted Use restrictions in the Terms of Service (Section 2);
- Any other behavior we reasonably determine to be bad-faith abuse of this Refund Policy.
6. How to Request a Refund
Please email [email protected] with your registered email address, purchase date, and the reason for your refund request. We will process your request as soon as possible after receiving it.
